Project Aims
The goal of this landscaping project was to establish a clear and durable boundary between the lawn and an adjoining garden area, and the lawn and a patio, all while maintaining a tidy, structured appearance. The design included a section where the edging needed to form a precise internal corner, making it important to select a solution that could deliver both flexibility and accurate angles.
The client wanted an edging system that would help maintain a neat lawn edge, prevent grass from spreading into adjacent planting areas, and create a well-defined outline that enhanced the overall layout of the garden. As with many residential garden spaces, the solution also needed to be practical for routine lawn maintenance and able to withstand regular use over time.
Products Used
Grey FlexiBorder lawn edging was used to form the main boundary between the grass and the neighbouring garden area. Its flexible design allowed the edging to follow the natural line of the lawn while maintaining a smooth and consistent edge.
To accommodate the internal angle within the layout, an inside corner from the FlexiCorner range was incorporated into the installation. This component enabled the edging to form a precise, professional corner without the need for cutting or forcing the material into shape.
The grey colour was chosen for its neutral appearance, allowing the edging to blend subtly into the landscape while still providing a crisp visual definition between surfaces.
